BUT YOU WILL MARRY ONE :D and he will become the father of your children and you’ll go to philadelphia for the holidays and matt will still be nervous around coach and stutter and drop silverware and suggest maybe sleeping in separate bedrooms to avoid the looks your father gives him but you just laugh and you love him for being that good soul, that kind boy that turned into a man, the boy that you fell in love with at 16 and tried to push away because he was too much like your father and you didn’t want to turn into your parents but now that you have him for the rest of your life, being stable and in love and happy like your parents. well, there are worse things in life. and hey, like coach said, at least he’s not a serial killer. or one of the riggins. (but they’re pretty great men themselves)

You guys have no idea how perfect this scene was for me. Or maybe you do because you’ve seen it as well… I laughed and cried and smiled like a lunatic because they came such a long way together and apart and all the roads led them back to each other and I always knew they’d find each other again. Uh, so perfect ♥
